Objective
The client had a web application for task and resource management and wanted the same functionality in the mobile application too.
The objective was to develop an easy to use mobile application for creating, assigning and tracking tasks. Different functionality in the application was required for different logins. Updating task status, resource allocation for task etc too was part of the requirement.
